WORKING WITH TOP BRANDS
FROM SADIA ELECTRIC BOILERS TO PULSACOIL BOILERS
Estimates are free for boiler replacements and bathroom installations only. We work on a time and material basis. All work is by the hourly rate for both plumbing and heating. A deposit will be required for all material prior to ordering as refunds are chargeable by the manufacturers. All boiler spares are non refundable when ordered. Vat is chargeable at 15%.

SADIA ELECTRIC BOILERS
The Sadia Electric boiler has a host of features and benefits and are a great alternative where gas is not available or fluing restrictions prevent the use of a gas boiler. They are designed to be compatible with standard radiators, programmers, circulating pumps, room thermostats and thermostatic radiator valves. It is suitable for sealed or open-vented systems, and works with conventional radiators.

We have been repairing these boilers for many years now and are up to date with the diagnostics to carry out the repair in London and Essex. We have the experience and ability to advise you on the repair and how to maintain your Sadia so there will be less chance of problems arising in the future.
PULSACOIL BOILERS
Most modern flats have thermal store hot water cylinders installed in them to meet the current building regulations. However PulsaCoil heaters can be problematic. We have been repairing these heaters for many years now and are up to date with the diagnostics to carry out repairs. We have the experience and ability to advise you on the repair and how to maintain your PulsaCoil so there will be less chance of problems arising in the future. Some common faults are sensors and non-resettable thermostats that overheat, causing steam to rise to the airing cupboard ceiling.

The A-class PulsaCoil is our speciality as these seem to be the main calls we receive to repair. One of the main faults on the A-class is leaky immersions and burnt out relays. We do not charge for estimates and these are given in writing at the time of visiting you.
We aim to meet all time targets. If an installation job takes a day to complete, we will complete that day so that customers are not left with the job incomplete carrying over to the next day. We do not delay on time to finish work. Your satisfaction is what motivates us.

With all boiler installations we take a deposit for the boiler, and the remaining balance is payable upon completion.
